Very pleasant stay - we were visiting relatives nearby.

The apartment was spacious & light and airy with a very nice balcony. Excellent parking right outside.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor - a lift would have been a bonus as we were travelling with rather large suitcases.

Good for working in Hertfordshire, and would stay again.

Parking and location was good, and easy to access. Available on short notice, and no hassle checking in/leaving. Comfortable and mostly clean. Plenty of space inside, and the balcony was an added bonus.

There was an odour in the apartment upon arrival that never went away, like smoke fumes in the carpet. Needed to have all the windows/doors open, which is fine in the summer, but probably not when it's colder.

Terrible accommodation, terrible customer service, poorly trained staff.

Absolutely nothing. Staff is condescending and rude. Company holds on to your security deposit and they don't pay you back. When you ask for it, they ignore you and send an emotionless one line message saying they will not do anything about it and that it's your problem to worry about. The customer service is abysmally poor. Shower was faulty for days, they didn't seem bothered about the inconvenience. Asked for compensation for the inconvenience, they have done nothing about it for months. Still haven't received my security deposit for months now, and frankly it looks suspicious that they are not doing anything about it.

Everything from the booking till check out was a nightmare. This is unarguably the worst accommodation I ever stayed in. For the benefit of your mental health and wellbeing, please stay away.

spacious. would definitely stay again.

VERY spacious , so much more ideal for my family to stay here rather than a hotel free designated parking right outside clean. great location, easy access to the A10 fully stocked kitchen, a home away from home it felt very homely. booking wasn’t straight forward by I got my deposit back quickly and without any hassle. this will be my go-to place to stay whenever visiting family in the south (we’re from Yorkshire)

was very warm, even if the heating is off, you will get the warmth from the other flats. we felt this was a little unsafe for our baby. we would have liked if the main entrance into the block of flats locked, but they were constantly open. the double bed isn’t a double bed, but two singles pushed together.

Pleasant

This property is centrally located, close to Tesco and Asda superstores. It was also very clean and spacious, making it perfect for the needs of our trip. We also liked most of the design features.

The shower head in the en suite sprayed water out violently, this coupled with the water temperature fluctuating between extremes during use, made it really unsafe. We also raised a mismatch between the remote and TV in our flat several times over our stay, requesting a new remote and or HDI cable to no avail. Multiple reps acknowledged this issue, they sent someone to the property but nothing was rectified, so we couldn’t use the TV at all. When inquiring about late check-out flexibility, a rep was extremely unhelpful. Reiterating the same information over again. The curtains in the living room were too short for the entire span of the window, which annoyingly let light through at unideal times.

Terrible! Despite having confirmation and a check-in time and knowledge that they had my CC info, my family of 5 waited almost 2.5hrs while I was on the phone with Payman Club who was not at all helpful nor sympathetic to my situation. It took Booking 45 minutes on hold to get a person. He did not get into the unit until 10pm. I would never use Payman Club again and will not use Bookings unless there is some substantial remedy to this situation.

Shame to let a place be the way they do. Not recommended at all !!!!

Apartment is spacious and bright

The apartment had not been cleaned and was really filthy. Many broken things all over. No equipment whatsoever in the kitchen, could not cook during the entire stay. Both issues have been raised on the day of arrival. Although host could be reached, they did not action any specific solution and left us complain on the daily basis. The customer service was simply appealing the whole stay. Had to contact a person from linkedIn directly to complain and finally receive bits of equipments on the last day of our stay. No compensation whatsoever.

A very comfortable apartment in useful location for Hertford and Ware.

A comfortable apartment, very clean, water always hot for washing showering. Easy to contact owners by mobile phone or text for rapid reply. Excellent freezer and 'fridge. Dishwasher useful for longer stays.

None of the curtains were fitted properly. Difficult to get to the shower controls when the door was open. No shelf to put shower bottles on when having a shower.

In summary it was a great stay and I would recommend the apartments.

clean comfortable spacious quiet

I did not like the shower. it had only one setting and not an optimal setting. at times it became freezing cold. also I needed instructions on how to run the washing machine for laundry.
