In de douchecabine ontbrak het rooster van de drane, keken tegen de schimmel en viezigheid van een ander. Badkamer stonk naar riool. Konden niet bij accommodatie parkeren, stond vol moesten een stuk verderop parkeren. Ook inchecken met de app was moeizaam.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und richtig tolle Ausstattung! Die bodentiefe Dusche mit Glastüren und normaler Brause sowie Regendusche war mein persönliches Highlight. Aber auch die Küchenzeile und das Bett waren super.
Wir wussten anfangs nicht wie man eincheckt, aber wenn man am Tag der Ankunft seine Mails checkt erklärt sich alles von selbst :)
Das einzige was uns in der Küche gefehlt hat war Öl zum Braten und da kann man leicht drüber weg sehen.

Wir waren schon öfter hier. Der vollelektronische Selbstcheckin klappt erfreulich gut und easy. Diesmal gab es leider Probleme - die Hotline konnte sofort und online helfen- super!
Wir waren mit Freunden gegenüber in der Pizzeria verabredet, daher war die Lage hervorragend.
Muss man wissen: Bei Selbstcheckin wird ein Bild/Foto vom Ausweis benötigt!

Stanze super tecnologiche, tutte dotate di domotica e a basso impatto ambientale. Dotate di tutti comfort. Apertura delle porte dal telefonino. Per un problema ho chiamato il numero utile e mi hanno fatto un upgrade senza esitare. Non potevo chiedere di meglio. Tutto oltre le aspettative.

Das Personal war freundlich. Das Apartment ansprechend ausgestattet. Die Bettmatratze war sehr weich. Das Duschwasser herrlich heiß. Die Minigeschirrspülmaschine war lustig.

Die Unterkunft war an sich gut und modern ausgestattet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Den online Check in fanden wir super. Man hat keine Vermieter, die einen erstmal die Unterkunft zeigen und ein Schwätzchen halten wollen, denn wenn man ankommt will man eigentlich erstmal seine Ruhe haben. Für den ersten Kaffee waren zwei Kapseln umsonst vorhanden.
Es gab leider kein Geschirrtuch in der Unterkunft, wir mussten alles was wir mit der Hand gespült haben mit Zewa trocknen, was meiner Meinung nach auch nicht so „Eco“ ist. Salz und Pfeffer war leider auch nicht da, sollte man auf jeden Fall einpacken falls man es benötigt. Wenn man pingelig ist, sollte man nicht unter das Bett oder dem Teppich schauen, bei uns lagen noch Rosenblätter drunter, aber im großen und ganzen war es hier sauber.

Soweit war alles in Ordnung.
Der Gestank aus der Dusche war sehr unangenehm, das hätte man vorher prüfen müssen. Da ja alles online ging und ich auch tagsüber unterwegs war, hatte ich es im Nachhinein moniert. Bis auf lapidare Worte der Hausmeister kümmert sich, wurde keine Reduzierung der Betrages angeboten. Das hätte ich erwartet.

The overall check-in experience was smooth, the apartment was clean. There were good appliances, kitchen stuff to be used and a little balcony.
While I appreciate using the latest technology in out daily lives, I would say a key or a code for the door would be better, as we were afraid of the website not working or our phones discharging and being locked out.
Location-wise is quite far from the city center, although that’s what you get by the price I guess. It is only accessible by bus, if you are taking public transportation, and should be aware of its working hours.
There was a little bit of noise which I think came from the neighbouring apartments, and some coming from the hallway. Also, there was kind of a valley in the middle of the bed, which I assume it’s because of its two single mattresses put together.

Ich kann Ihre Appartments wärmstens weiter empfehlen und nach mehren Versuchen im Stadtgebiet Nürnberg bin ich davon begeistert und werde künftig gerne wieder auf Ihre Appartments zurückgreifen.
Besonderes Lob gilt dem digitalen einchecken -das ist Spitze und hat besten funktioniert und war auch sehr verständlich !

The concept with online check in etc was cool, and the room looked amazing with good facilities.
The room (24) smelled so bad. We started to smell something when we checked in so opened the windows but over the course of the evening it got so bad. We had 2 x cats with us as place is pet friendly and they were sniffing by the bed a lot, to the point I was down sniffing the floor and was met with a pretty strong stench of what was most likely dog pee. The floor was really dusty too so I don't think it had been cleaned properly. Also the bed was a mattress topper and was very uncomfortable.

Das Bett war miserabel (2 schlechte weiche Schaumstoff-Matratzen übereinander). Das Bad und damit leider das ganze Appartment roch en muffig.

Ruim appartement met uitzicht over groen. Gunstige locatie voor stads bezoek en doorreis.
Kleine ongemakken als plankjes die missen in de koelkast, een onhandige grote toiletkast boven een te klein wasbakje in de douche, ramen waarvan de verduistering niet mogelijk was. Ook het inchecken met de app werkte niet echt fijn. Gelukkig was er wel hulp op afstand via de telefoon.

- Die Einrichtung war schön und modern.
- Das Bett war bequem.
- Es war alles da was wir brauchten (Ausstattung der Küchenzeile).
- Es war ordentlich und sauber.
- Die elektrisch verstellbaren Jalousien waren sehr gut so konnte man den Raum perfekt abdunkeln.
- Wir wohnten genau unter dem Dach, das Zimmer hat sich enorm aufgeheizt. Es gab einen Ventilator denn man aus dem Schrank holen konnte. Selbst in der Nacht mit allen geöffneten Fenstern gab es keine richtige Abkühlung deshalb war der Schlaf auch nicht der beste. Da sollte auf jeden Fall nochmal etwas nachgerüstet werden.
- Der Wasserstrahl der Dusche war wirklich ehr ein Plätschern als ein Strahl aber es reichte zum Duschen.
- Am zweiten Tag unserer Ankunft zog neben uns ein Hund ein der wahrscheinlich alleine gelassen wurde und so etliche Minuten rum heulte. Wir hatten selbst einen Hund dabei aber das war etwas nervig dafür kann natürlich die Unterkunft NICHTS.
- Der Check Out wurde von etwas verspätet vorgenommen weil ich es vergessen hatte. Ich wollte ihn 10:03 Uhr durchführen obwohl wir schon 09:50 Uhr aus dem Zimmer gegangen sind. Man erhielt nur eine kurze Nachricht das es leider zu spät sei für den Check out. Das sollte auch nochmal überarbeitet werden. Sowas kann immer mal passieren.

Vom Prinzip her war das Appartement ganz nett eingerichtet.
Es war alles andere als sauber! In den Fensterrahmen begann es bereits zu schimmeln.
Der Boden im gesamten Appartement war von Dreck übersät. Es wurde offenbar nicht gewischt, sondern großflächig breitgeschmiert. Unter dem Bett lagen die Zehnägel einer unserer Vorgänger. Im Kühlschrank lag noch Schmutz und die Mikrowellen-Backofen-Kombi war eher zum Abgewöhnen. Obst von einem Vorgänger gab es auch noch.
Die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Kaffeemaschine war eine Kapselmaschine. Nicht gerade umweltfreundlich in einem Eco Hotel. Im Bad hängt ein eigentlich dunkelgrauer Heizkörper, der inzwischen hellgrau ist... vom Staub. Die Dusche war absolut renovierungsbedürftig. Aufgequollene Wandanschlüsse und der Ablauf extrem verdreckt.
Mitte September ballert die Heizung wie verrückt im ganzen Appartement. Die Möbel wirkten teilweise sehr abgegriffen und verwohnt. Auf dem Sessel wollte man nicht Platz nehmen!

Ein tolles, sehr modern eingerichtetes Zimmer!
Alles hat funktioniert, und von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Haartrockner war auch alles vorhanden.
Den Kundenservice per E-Mail und die Dame an der Hotline möchte ich besonders hervorheben. Absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!
Lediglich für mein persönliches Empfinden, hätte es etwas mehr Sauberkeit sein dürfen.

La llegada es muy cómoda y práctica. El apartamento cuenta con lo indispensable para una familia pequeña. Independiente, tranquilo y cómodo. Cocina equipada con elementos básicos y lavavajillas.
Desgraciadamente no cuenta con aire acondicionado y nuestra estadía fue muy calurosa. Es necesario hacer limpieza bajo las camas.

Nowy apartament. Czysto. Ładne wykończenie wnętrz. Sypialnia z dużym łóżkiem. W salonie rozkładana kanapa i aneks kuchenny. Ekspres do kawy. Parking pod obiektem. Bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny.
Dość skomplikowany system rejestracji. Należy zrobić check-in na przesłanej stronie www, wgrać zdjęcie dowodu, pisać dane itp. Następnie na odpowiedniej zakładce tej strony znaleść podstronę i kliknąć w odpowiednie miejsce aby otworzyć drzwi z aplikacji. Drzwi zewnętrzne do budynku także otwierają się z aplikacji. Nie ma kluczy. Nie ma recepcji. Jeśli ktoś nie zna angielskiego lub niemieckiego może mieć z tym problem.
