Easy to find. Walked there from the airport in about 15 mins. Arrived after midnight and the owner left the key and instructions. Air conditioner and wifi worked great. Kettle in the room. Bed was comfy. Everything was spotless. Plenty of food options within a 5 min walk.
Just FYI - if you're catching a bus from the West Bus Station in Burgas you will need a taxi and it's about €15.

It’s very nice and cozy environment. Neighbourhood was quite. There was AC and balcony. It wasn’t loud at night at all. It was very clean. Very nice and kind owner.
