die Lage und der Zustand der Wohnung waren phantastisch.
der Service, der Firma, die die Immobilie betreut, war eher bescheiden. Die Wegbeschreibung wäre einfacher gewesen, wenn man in einer Mail mitgeteilt hätte, von welcher Straße man hinfährt anstatt ein Video zu zeigen. Auf eine Mail bezüglich der Sommerkarte kam keine Antwort, die Sommerkarte haben wir dann über die Touristeninformation bekommen.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the city center, making it incredibly convenient for exploring all that the area has to offer. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for our family stay, making it feel like a home away from home.
Additionally, the rental employees were fantastic. They were supportive and always ready to help with any questions or needs we had, which made our experience even better. I truly appreciate their assistance throughout our stay.
Overall, this apartment is a gem! Great space, excellent location, and wonderful support from the staff. I will definitely be returning!

The apartment was right in the centre of Zell am See and only a few minutes walk from the lake, the shops and the restaurants.
The office had closed early on the day we arrived so we collected the key from the box at the office but there was no map or instructions as to how to find the apartment or where to park which was extremely disappointing after a long day's travelling (and during the rush hour/traffic jams). The access to the car park was far from straightforward with a very difficult angle to turn into from the busy road and would have been impossible if travelling on your own as you needed to use a fob to drop the barrier which started to go back up too quickly to allow you to get back in the drivers seat. We also had several delays stuck waiting for deliveries at the conference centre as they drivers refused to move so we could not exit the car park. Additionally, the lounge was crammed with additional beds but this was not conducive to being able to relax after a busy day so was very uncomfortable (and would have hated to have been stuck in that space with more than 2 people!). The tiny towels were also not changed during the week of our stay which is not good practice and we were only given one key so had to go and get another one.
