The property is in an excellent location for us. Rural but only 10-15 drive into town. It’s spacious with amazing views. Well appointed but everything is old and tatty.
The furnishings are tired. Curtain tie backs ripped. Blinds missing. It needs a deep clean.
The kitchen was passable but really needs a deep clean. Or items renewed. The conservatory is a great space but it needs proper cleaning. The lighting and ceiling was covered in webs and fly mess.
The main bedroom upstairs is nice but floor boards are so noisy . It just needs sorting. New bedding.
Sink in bathroom is cracked and filled but filling has come out.
Bins don’t work. Lids either broken or crushed.

It was a lovely place to stay and you just felt at home comfy and lived in.. We didn`t want to leave..
The conservatory was lovely if you wanted to sit and relax. could do with some music entertainment but
luckily we had a radio..
The bedrooms were so spacious and the master bedroom had it`s own balcony which looked over spectactular views
besides our cottage the other cottages were outstanding if you wanted hot tubs.
WOULD DEFINITELY GO AGAIN

Cottage was lovely with amazing views from the conservatory. Very peaceful and quiet.
Few things in the cottage need fixing but nothing that spoilt our time there.
