Could be a 5* but not at our visit
Spacious, well equipped, mainly clean, good location. Heating and Aircon very effective.
Simple issues, trash already full so nowhere to leave rubbish, finger marks on doors, stains on pillows, dust on blinds, poorly fitted carpets causing hazardous ridges to trip over, backyard a mess, can opener defunct.

Great value for a great location, clean and spacious home with easy beach access
Very easy to find, great location by the lake, the state park, and the beach. Easy to walk to Rockaway Beach as well. Place was clean and comfortable, and the host's instructions were clear.
Appreciated all of the cooking equipment and coffee maker & grinder, but the lack of basic spices, oils, and coffee were surprising. Also really wish they could have accommodated a very reasonable late checkout request.

Great place! Perfect for a get- away for a few days.
There was washer and dryer but no detergent. Didn’t think to brink any with us, and that would have been nice to have. Instructions for the outdoor grill. I have one similar, but the starter doesn’t work on the one at the house so we had to go get matches. Also, it wouldn’t cost much to get a new rack or provide aluminum foil as the grill was very dirty.

I would live yo go there again.
Loved the location and the sauna. Great kitchen and open space upstairs.
Sleeping arraignments for more than 4 guests were not comfortable. The futons were miserable for those who had to sleep on them.
