Great location but the unit need to be improved. Thank you.

The location was superb and the facilities like pool and gym were good. Lucky us they just reopen the pool after few months of shut down. The unit is quite big and spacious.

The unit itself is very basic. The toilet sink in the master bedroom could be polished better. They do provide android box with mouse but the mouse was not working and navigation was a lil bit difficult using remote. The internet was not that fast as what’s been reviewed by other users.

The price with there 2 bedroom.

The duvet cover smelly. The bidet is broken. When you open the bedroom & wardrobe there a mould smell.

Good location for activities in JB.

The location suits me the best. Good food, shopping malls and city centre are all within 10-20 minutes. Driveway to the free parking is spacious and bright. Elevator was fast, no long waits. Check- in and check-out was super easy. In general the stay at Feel Suites was convenient and sufficient.

The bathroom was bright as it was facing the rising morning sun and ventilation was good as the high windows were opened. The bidet spray in the master room has got no hook to secure it when not in use. The sink has got rust spots at the discharge strainer. The joints at where the sink is sitting on could be better finished to give a pleasing look. Need to flush the toilet several times to completely clear the waste. Towels were clean and quite new. Sound of the bass hitting from loud music can be disturbing for some. It was on a Saturday night anyway.

Stay at Pinnacle Tower

Very convenient location and very close to alot of good restaurants. The check in process was also very smooth and fast. The place was also very clean and tidy.

The only downside was there was no place to hang our towels as the hook in the bathroom was already broken prior to our arrival. There was no towel rack as well in the room so it was difficult to dry our towels.There was also no shampoo and hand wash provided so bring your own when you plan your stay here.

Aircond was leaking and told the management. prompt reply from the management and they will deal with it after we check out

Its soooo spacious, clean and the view was amazing😍. To add on? The facilities wifi, tv, microwave is very convenient. Got swimming pool also. Worth staying

Clean, Simple, Basic and convenient

Last minute book and able to check in fast.

The lift is a bit shaking. And the pub and bistro nearby are quite noisy, also quite a number of workers are staying in this apartment too.

Spacious. Clean. AirCon was sufficient. Very good and clear direction from the staff.

The shower head was a little confusing. The hot water is from the little shower head rather than the main one. A cockroach killer spray should be added to the property.

The size of the unit.

The unit should provide 3 bedrooms with, 1 room cant be used because of of the leaked aircond. But the owner offer another unit to solve the problem.

what’s not to like!! the views were incredible, the pool is amazing & the apartment is perfect, my two friends and I had such an amazing stay here and it’s so close to everything (plus grabs are like 2€ to get anywhere) the host was great! always easy to contact and send very informative messages abojt how to arrive - we also booked quite last minute (on the day of arrival) and there was no delay

Great spacious windy and accessible apartment.

The host was prompt and precise in giving details and had remained contactable. Host was really kind and pleasant. Smooth dealing and easy check-in and check out. An extra set of keys is given too in the apartment. The apartment was huge,bright, and windy. It is accessible to a lot of eateries and has basic necessities such as towel, broom dustpan, and shower gel. Big balcony with city view. Beds were comfortable, washing machine is operational ( need to use your own detergent) clothes rack for drying was in place and really useful. The bathroom was generally clean despite being a bit rundown. Water pressure was superb. The water heater works well. Can be a bit noisy as it's opposite to a Thai club, but the noise didn't bother us much.

There were some mosquitoes and ants, but this doesn't mean it's dirty.. I personally feel the apartment was well kept. Mosquito repellant does the work. The apartment lacks mirrors. Only 2 mirrors, one in each bathroom. The floor can be quite cold, so bedroom slippers may be recommended for those who can't withstand the coldness of the floor. Host provides some coffee. Please bear in mind this is a condominium apartment and not a hotel, so you will have to clean after yourself and treat it like a holiday home. You may also want to bring extra toiletries as they provide shower gel and towels. You need to bring your toothbrush and paste.
