Great location in Bovec, parking was free although a short walk from the property. The kitchen was well equipped and staff were very kind (even left my girlfriend flowers for her birthday)!
The pillows were very soft and weren’t the most comfortable but everything else was perfect

The location and the utilities within the apartments
The lack of interaction. Everything is automated and you very really get a response if you need something, luckily nothing went wrong but I can imagine it being a nightmare if it does

The apartment was clean and it was very well located.
It was quite hot in the bathroom and we couldn't figure out how to lower the heating.
