Everything was wonderful! Staff was very polite and helpful. The place looks beautiful, magical and the mattresses are VERY comfortable to sleep. We are definitely coming back!

Location is perfect, close to city center but calm from the traffic jam, the staffs are great
Please be more attention with the cleanliness of the plates etc during breakfast.

We liked and disliked: I was happy to find a room to accommodate all my family (2 adults and 2 kids) at the end of the day but for the price I paid I expected more.
The room was clean but very warm inside, no air conditioning, only a ventilator which was insufficient to cool the temperature which made our sleep difficult. Additionally, there was a difficult to breath air in the room which probably came from the bad mattress since our pyjamas were also impregnated.
Therefore, great stuff support for flexible check-in time but very disappointed for the conditions offered vs. the money spent.
