This hotel is located near the train station (5 minutes walk) and city center (10 minutes walk). It has a large parking lot which is free for hotel guests. There is a nice big garden where you can sit and relax, enjoy your drinks from the bar and listen to live music in the evening. The included breakfast is excellent. Our room has a good layout and offers a nice view of the landscape. It also was cleaned properly.
There is no airconditioning, no water cooker, no fridge. You can hear conversations in the hallway, but it is not too bad. The shower door does not close properly so it might leak a little water. There is no door handle on the inside. This hotel is not cheap compared to other hotels in the neighbourhood. We paid almost 360 euros for 2 nights.

Location was perfect, walking distance from Valkenburg center, restorants, fitnes and historical buildings. Breakfast was all you can eat with fresh eggs, bacon, fruit, juice, coffee, bagels and much much more. All staff were great people hard working. Swimming pool and sauna were excellent. Free parking, excellent wifi.
Honestly I don't have anything bad to say.

Super friendly staff, inc the manager. The breakfast was very, very good and plenty to choose from. Tesla destination charger on the parking. The swimming pool section seemed brand new and was very clean.
The floor inside the room was not clean after previous guests. No A/C inside the rooms. The bathtub needs to be cleaned of calcium residue. Bar had a limited number of cocktails to choose from. The room price was a bit crazy, in my opinion, but all hotels in a neighborhood have the same or even a higher price.
