Staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in. Great location close to beach and shopping. Convenient paid private parking with a working electric charging station. Fans supplied in the rooms. Lift was handy. Offers convenient late checkout for a small fee. Good breakfast and all offerings were quickly replenished.
The area has many lively bars and was extremely loud from midnight-03:00. Earplugs supplied by the hotel.

I liked the breakfast
The rooms were hot, not much regular windows. It wasn't as clean. The noise from outside(right under our room are the bar and restaurants. ) the clean up crew from the streets started around 4 am(insane time!).
Remote tv barely functioning, no cover plate batteries visible, not child safe!
Lock of the fake balconie(only light we had an window) didn't lock.
Elevator keeps jumping, makes it feel unsafe.
This hotel didn't have many parking for it's guest, so forced to park all the way at the grocery stores on the end of the board walk, what is very inconvenient for travel and boarding.
The staff were nice, the breakfast was well prepped.
We as a family would not recommend staying here, nor would we ever come back to this hotel.
The noise, the lack of everything(not to mention dirty walls, floors etc). It wasn't worth our money, sadly we had no other option then to stay.
