Great location, really nice staff,air conditioned room
We were slightly misled with parking, as we have motorbikes I always use garage parking, when I arrived I was told that parking isn’t for us, it’s the more expensive sister hotel, however the receptionist was very kind and allowed us to park our motorcycles, the advert clearly states garage parking….this needs resolving between booking and the hotel

Hotel has great location, right outside the train station. Family room is very big. Beds are well sized for a family of 4.
The hotel reception is in another building nearby (3mins walk) and was a but difficult to find at night time. The bathroom and toilet are very old and outdated. Parking location is far from Hotel.

The restaurant is okay
Fresh orange juice in the breakfast
expensive as cost for value
Cold room air condition give cold air and the heater only work in the bathroom
Although smoking is prohibited somking odors fill the room
Room was in accessory building
Mattress was very thin not fixed to the bed and always slip
