A Good hotel, good location, good restaurant
A pleasant hotel. The rooms are basic but perfectly adequate. The Hotel restaurant was excellent and the bar very cosy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will be coming again.
Nothing. We were quite satisfied

Great stay for peacefull stay at the beach
Perfect location close to the beach, breakfast was good (value for money), room was small but comfortable with sunny balcony overviewing the dunes. With parking plate (€5 night) of the hotel you can stay at public parking
Everything oriented at German, no English menu card, but friendly staff knows English.

Great location but staff not POC friendly
The location was great and the food fantastic
The staff member Bart was not nice. We took responsibility for losing our key (must have been in the hotel as we were inside our room and on check out we couldn’t find it). We paid €100 via the Tikkie bank app directly to employee Bart’s bank account and still have not received an invoice - don’t mind having to pay at all but require an invoice as this was part of a work trip and need to claim the cost back. Bart even threatened myself and my companion with the police - surely given my credit card details were on hold it would have been easier for him to charge our card vs following our bus and then threatening us on the bus in front of all the other passengers. The situation felt somewhat racially motivated. I will not be back and will not recommend this hotel to my employer for further business travel or conference use nor will I recommend it to other expats based in NL. As an expat based in Amsterdam for almost a year and having travelled extensively locally this was the worst experience from NL HoReCa I have had to date.

nice but expensive for the service you get
position(close to the beach), nice neighborhood, big room , the person who welcome us during our arrival was nice
we had to pay additional costs for basic services (water kettle…) , high price for additional service (bottle of water super expensive… not acceptable). the person on the checkout remember during breakfast we add to pay the extra before leaving, not very polite since we had still to checkout

Great location. Great people. Great food.
The location just back from the dunes was fabulous. A great base for touring the north coast from. The staff were brilliant and went out of their way in a period of changing Covid regulations to make things easy and safe for us. I have to mention specifically Tessa who translated the a la carte menu into English for us. Jessica who just seemed to be everywhere wanting to help. And Kim who went out of her way to brush up her English during our stay so she could talk to us. But the real unsung hero in this hotel is the Chef - and I’m afraid I don’t know his name. We salute you sir. Excellent food.
We booked a sea view room (41) which was on the third floor and no lift. However the staff were very helpful with our luggage.
