We had such a beautiful stay at Phaos Santorini Suites! The place was absolutely lovely, peaceful and had an amazing sea view. One of our favourite things was waking up to the beautiful sunrise — definitely something we will remember from our trip to Santorini.
The receptionist was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the cleaners did an amazing job. Everything was always spotless and very well looked after. We also loved seeing the adorable cats around the property, which made the place feel even more special. 🐱❤️
Beautiful location, wonderful staff and an unforgettable view. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Phaos Santorini Suites to anyone visiting Santorini. We would happily stay here again! 🇬🇷☀️

Ideal location - halfway between Imerovigli and Fira, walking distance to both on the cliffside walking path, just down the road from a wonderful bakery/restaurant (with 24 hour food delivery!), and in the middle of the island for easiest driving access to everything.
Charming property with beautiful setting and views and the rooms are spacious and cool, with lots of stone perfect for the surroundings.
The property manager Iona was the best part of the stay! She and her husband are the new managers this year, and she was so incredibly helpful before and during our stay, helping arrange transfers, island tour, cooking class at a winery! And when we couldn’t get our preferred room type (no fault of hers - wedding party caused damage), she upgraded us on one of the rooms AND gave us spa vouchers to their sister hotel.
There wasn’t anything we disliked, but two things of which to be aware when making your choice:
The mattresses, in typical European style, are fairly hard, which some of our party loved and others didn’t, but we were thrilled to have a room that could accommodate three people (we were 6 in total, so took two rooms).
You might have FOMO that your room is not set into the cliffside with an infinity pool facing the sunset (this faces sunrise), but at least based on my research, you’ll pay a lot more.
Overall, we were very happy and felt we got the best option for the price!t

We loved the quiet location. We had a beautiful view from outside our room. We easily walked to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome.

Location was good, size of the rooms was good, beds comfy, view was very nice
1. Jacuzzi was switched off for the winter. Being the most distinguished feature of the room (as said in the room description: "the hot tub is the top feature of this suite)), we were surprised to discover it was switched off. Especially taking into account how easy it is to switch it on...
2. The sea view is not to the sunset side, where Fira and Imerovigli are, but to the airport side. Sunrise was beautiful though
3. The room was cold and damp in november.
4. The suite is described as having 3 rooms: a living with a sofa, plus two bedrooms, but in reality there were 2 rooms in total. Living was combined with a bedroom and no separate sofa.
