Room was recently refurbished, fantastic bathroom. All looked nice and stylish.
Great location for town centre, but a bit further than I thought from ski lift.
Parking - fantastic, secure and opposite the hotel.
Breakfast - good continental selection, great coffee and eggs made to order.
The downstairs area & bar looked really lovely but closed due to lack of guests in low season. That meant that I had to either go out in the evening or be stuck in the room. Even if the bar is closed, why not let guests use the sofas etc.
And secondly, if there are so few guests ... an upgrade would have been a nice gesture that costs nothing, rather than keeping me in a dark room facing the wall opposite. (The rooms facing the front had lovely balconies and I imagine great views of the mountains).
