Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek

Hotel jest przepięknie położony, przy parku zdrojowym, dzięki czemu przez okna zagląda mnóstwo zieleni (wiosną i latem widok musi być jeszcze piękniejszy). Miejsce jest bardzo zadbane, schludne. Po przyjeździe czekał na nas bezpłatny parking. Mieszkaliśmy w nowszej części hotelu, widać, że była niedawno zbudowana. Nasz pokój był bardzo duży, ładny, nowoczesny i czysty. Nareszcie nie było problemu z rozłożeniem średniej wielkości walizki. Łazienka również duża, nowocześnie wykończona. Był też spory balkon ze stoliczkiem i krzesłami i oświetleniem, jednak, niestety, nie korzystaliśmy z niego ze względu na zimowe temperatury. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i różnorodne (np. codziennie inne sałatki). Obsługa również bardzo miła. Właściciel pokazał nam pokoje w starszej części kompleksu z pięknym widokiem na park. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy i będziemy wszystkim polecać.

Jedyne minusy dla nas to zbyt miękkie łóżko i mało blatu w łazience (nie bardzo jest gdzie odkładać rzeczy).

An excellent place to stay only marked by some minor issues

Location was second to none--on the fringe of a lovely park, some 5 mins away from the main spa house. The scale of the property was in the sweet spot, not too small not too large. The breakfast was superb: a variety of options, good ingredients. Having it on a lovely terrace overlooking the park, on a sunny morning was a dream. Most rooms seem to have fairly generous balconies/loggias with at least a glimpse of the adjacent park. Lovely service. Lift to all floors.

For our pedantic eyes, cleanliness could be improved. A hair in the freshly made bed, a small dark-red mark of wine (we hope) on the bed cover, someone's lipstick on a (supposedly) clean glass in the breakfast area, some muck and dust on main stairs... Not necessarily deal-breakers, but should be addressed. Some of the rooms could do with a revamp as well (ours was of early 2000s décor).

A goode place near mountains to stay for several nights!

Breakfast is good, more than enough to be satisfie :) Good Parking Perfect place near the park A good atmosphere and friendly stuff It's quiet there too

A bubble gum on the carpet near the bed. Sockets aren't in good places.

really a terrific place with an outstanding staff and outstanding location.

Breakfast outstanding. Previous stayed were in a nicer, more spacious room. We didn't realize they have something like 6 different room sizes snd arrangements.next time we'll arrange for a little more space.

One of the best places to stay

Many advantages: perfect location in the Spa Park, comfortable and modern interior with a huge window in "De Lux" room, very helpful and polite staff, breakfast in the open garden, free parking for guests in front of the hotel.

Despite of good location and friendly staff I will not stay there again if no improvement occur.

Very friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, very nice breakfast, location

No hot water - the biggest minus!!! The extra facilities i.e. sauna only for extra payment!!! For such a high price for the room they should be free of charge. No internet in first day due to very poor signal. Next day it was fair.

Ideal place for biking holiday.

Extraordinary friendly and helpful staff. The owners gave us so much advice where to go for biking, recommended places to visits etc. I couldn't expect more. Location is perfect, short walking distance to the center but still very quiet. Parking at the property and safe room to store bikes. Breakfast very good, everyone can find something to eat open eating area in the park. Freshly prepared coffee on request. What you see on the pics is what you get on site. Thanks! You really made long weekend very enjoyable.

Everything was really good, nothing to complain. With a outdoor pool the place would be fantastic. There is no aircon in the rooms - not a big problem but you need to be aware of the fact.
