Self check-in and check-out worked well (quick and price matches the pre-order) and made my life easier. Breakfast’s good enough on quality and variety. The location is good to access Liseberg by walking (be aware of route — but it is not hotel issue). Comfortable rooms and nice view from window. Overall facilities are pleasant (common areas and reception). Sauna was good. Gym was well equipped by time I visited. Luggage storage after checkout is really appreciated.
It is not so close to main station by walking, so using bus or other means is preferable, imho. Spa space was a little messy at the end of the day (too many used towels and cups around) — I understand it is guests’ bad behavior but some quick visit of cleaning staff would be appreciated. Check-in/check-out/ breakfast rush hour applies here (at elevators, reception, common areas). I would have enjoyed better room amenities (body soap/shampoo/conditioner).

The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. The location was convenient, and overall we had a pleasant stay.
There wasn’t anything major to complain about. Everything met our expectations.

It was easy to reach the hotel by the tram; well situated to Olofshöjd which was our destination. We got a warm welcoming from the ung man in the reception. Very friendly. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Plenty of places in the breakfast room. Great view.

It’s in a convinient location. I loved the fact that they have the option of having separate rooms with single beds since I was travelling with my dad
The single room have small blankets which are not suitable if you’re an adult or plus size. This was very odd because we booked under adults. The bed size is perfect but the blanket you can’t wrap yourself.
The cleaning rule is after four days of stay, and we were only staying for four nights, so our rooms never got cleaned. I understand it’s sustainable concerned but the rooms we didn’t get a chance to have them cleaned during our stay.
Secondly. There is no lost and found facilities in the hotel. It was very strange. I forgot my bag in the bathroom and a person picked it up and wanted to hand it over to the hotel but they didn’t take it. So he called the police to hand it over to them. Luckily we got back to the hotel quickly before the police reached. It was sad that he had to wait in the hotel with the bag. It would have been more safe if it was handed to the hotel.
