Staff was proactively managing check-in incl. arrival time. The room was simple but quite spacey, bathroom as well with a nice shower with good water flow. Bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast incl. service and personal attention of the owner. Overall, felt very well taken care of. Excellent location about 5 minutes a little up from the center with restaurants, supermarket etc., actually on the road that leads up to the Gemmisteig. Great base for your hikes.

The family room was really lovely and comfortable.
The restaurant was shut and bar not stocked but this is a small thing compared to the loveliness of the hotel.

Hôtel très charmant avec un personnel aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et délicieux. Nous avons également eu droit à une gentille attention pour l'anniversaire de ma maman, ce qui nous a beaucoup touchées. La vue est magnifique, bref, tout ce que l'on souhaite pour un séjour réussi. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci !

The breakfast was great, staffs and the owner very friendly and helped us with what we need , location is great 10 min walk from bus station but there is a free shuttle to from bus terminal
Cleaning people didn’t change our towels we used same towels for 3 days. I put my towel in the floor so it can be change it went back on the hanging rack
