Room was large with a beautiful balcony. Pool was great and the whole resort had a good vibe about it. Location was great - a short walk or drive into town

Beautiful property and feels so private. We loved the staff. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and one dinner. The drinks and food were all fantastic. The room was nice, comfortable and quiet.
The internet sucks! Didn’t work even though I was connected. Had to leave property to get any service.

The breakfast was amazing, we loved the small nutella pots. We also loved the closeness of the hotel. Amazing restaurants are close to the hotel and we got some great beaches around too! We also went to Le Terazze which was only a 5 minute car ride from the hotel.
A lot of things couldve went better with the staff. there was a misunderstanding in the middle of the night. We did get refunded for the first night, but we practically had to beg for it and it was kind of subject to a good review (because of multiple emails from the manager to leave a good review to get the money back) We just now had a chance to leave a review, and honesty is most important. Beside this kind of annoying encouter which definitely put a dumper on the last stop of our trip in sardinia, the pool was kind of dirty. There were green stains in the pool and a lot of other things like leaves, bugs, etc. understandable because its an area with a lot of trees, but even in the mornings it was still like this, would be nice if a poolcleaner fixed that. Also the beds by the pool were disgusting. There were very dirty stains on the cushions. All in all, we understand the prize is because of the area, its a very expensive area, but dont expect a luxury experience in this hotel.
