I like the staff. I really liked how they made us feel. Specifically JC from entertainment and the bartenders. The entertainment was exceptional. The live music was great, and the DJs are out of this world. Amazing people you have working for this resort. I highly recommend this resort for the staff.
The segregation or division of levels was confusing. The division between whether I buy exclusively or not. Place all the people who by exclusive in one area where the other regular people don’t have access and vice versa. It was confusing.

Beach is beautiful. Food was good
Room stinks in humidity, you don't want this if you don't support a high level of humidity smell. In July the place was overcrowded so it was super hard to get a place at he restaurants at dinner. Staff is not very polite, as in most places I've been there
