Loved the fact that you could get a cabana near the beach without having to reserve or pay extra! The facility was so clean- the pool loungers were high and- lots of activities and the food was fantastic!

The property is in a great location and exceptionally maintained. The staff throughout the property are amazing. They go well above and beyond to accommodate you in every way.
Great Management which it shows from the moment you arrive at Cabo Azul, all employees are smiling and appear to love working for the HGV Cabo Azul, which is a testament to the Resort Management . Great bosses equal great team!

The only complaint is I wish they would have left the rooms as they were. The designers must have thought people want the more modern look, which is not what everyone wants.
I would have left the property Modern as it is and left the rooms as Haciendas which makes it so special.
Hopefully they can stop the design of the new look before it’s too late.
Cabo Azul is one of my favorite Resorts in the world and it always will be.

Location was excellent, felt very safe. Lots of kid amenities, great food and service. Concierge was incredibly helpful in booking excursions.
Elevator was broken for the entire stay, many out of service in the hotel gym, no filtered water available at the pool (other than purchasing it at the swim up bar).
