Staff was excellent to include the check in staff and TeTe in the Mango restaurant and the upgrade to the excellent Premier room was very nice of the front office staff. The food was very good and evening band excellent.
The resort’s cottage rooms (where we originally booked) are way outdated and due modern renovation.

Great location and privacy. The resort is divided into small “neighborhoods” that are very beautiful. The staff is exceptional, breakfast was very good, and facilities overall great. We took a SPA session and the ladies in there did a great job.
The cottages in which we stayed were not amazingly isolated from outside crawlers. The staff was very friendly and always available to help with the ocazional “intruders”. Some isolation could be beneficial, but hey, this is the experience of staying in a place so in touch with nature I suppose.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Every time we walked by, they greeted us with a warm smile and a cheerful “Sawasdee ka/kab,” which made us feel genuinely welcome and added a lovely Thai touch to our experience.
We stayed in the Premier Deluxe Room (if I remember the room type correctly), and it was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a truly welcoming atmosphere.
There’re some small mosquitos , however the resort provide the cream to protect from the mosquitos.

The location and the beach is pretty good. Overall property is very beautiful and well maintained. Its a large property divided into 2 sections and has 2 different scenic views for you to enjoy. Property is also clean and you won't find much to complain there.
Overall, really needs better management. I wouldnt recommend anyone with a family to opt for their free shuttle/speed boat service. They only have one restaurant open for dinner so mostly you wont be able to find any seating. I dont know why they dont have the other restaurants open as they have 3 dining options.
At breakfast (around 9am) they ran out of food and no one cared. Mostly even seating is a challenge for breakfast.
