The service and kindness of the staff at this hotel genuinely exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so welcoming and the hotel is immaculate. We were luckily upgraded to a club room which was amazing because we loved the extra space with a small child. The room was beautifully designed and the bed was super comfortable. Everything felt brand new. The hotel lobby is stunning, bright and airy, a perfect space to meet people. Don't miss the breakfast buffet, one of the best I've had! The restaurant staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are catered for. An amazing hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to return to if I needed to stay near Heliopolis.

The location and how clean it was.
Dina was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The receptionist and the staff are not as welcoming and friendly. The room service was very slow. I had to ask twice to three times to replace the broken shower gel.
One of the staff insisted on making the extra bed early even though I tried to reason with him about fixing the bed later at night.
