The foam in the pillows has degraded so they are lumpy. They need replacing. But apart from that, it was outstanding.

The breakfast was very nice.
Unfortunately due to the dining room being extremely busy, you ran out of clean knives and folks. We ended up eating with wooden forks.
Even though if was very busy and running out of tables, the staff were very apologetic, calm, efficient and friendly, especially a young lad who was communicating very well with customers.

Lady at the bar was lovely.
Room was good.
The World Cup was on but the woman at the front desk wouldn’t put the game on saying they did t have license, but it was on terrestrial tv. We were a groups and wanted to sit in the bar and watch the game, we weren’t rowdy and weee respectful but it felt like we weren’t wanted or welcomed. This was disappointing as we stay at Holiday inns a fair bit. Will probably look elsewhere next time. Very disappointed.
