Great space. Two bathrooms were nice with plenty of clean towels. Kitchen was well stocked

The room was comfortable and very clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was extensive; anything you could ask for and more, and plenty of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I have stayed in some 4-star hotels that didn't show this much excellence. It was a fabulous experience and very close to bus and tube routes; what more could you ask?

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They were super friendly, helpful, and accomodating. We were a large group and they were even able to have breakfast early for us when we had an early departure. I can't say enough about how helpful they were. The room, bed, shower were all fine.
The location "Tower Bridge" is a little deceiving as it is over a mile away from the Tower Bridge. The hotel is not near a metro or tube stop. However, there are busses that stop nearby which the staff helpfully explained which to take. Breakfast was a bland and over-priced.
