Room was great but there were aspects that looked well worn. Coffee and water provided were great. We ate in Vivre that evening and the food and service were good and good value. We had booked the buffet breakfast and that was excellent both in choice and quality and the coffee service. Check out easy and the real bonus and the main reason for booking was the ease of access to terminal 5.
There was just a slightly worn look to the doors and cupboards. I didn’t like the bath couldn’t get the water hot enough and the bath was slippery and awkward to get in and out of.

Location for Terminal 5 at Heathrow airport perfect. Staff on reception helpful and friendly.
It's expensive for what you get and breakfast costs far too much so we didn't bother and ate in the airport instead.

Best thing about this hotel is ability to access directly out of T5. No cab rides required.
It’s a bit dated and could use a redo.
