Cannot beat the location. Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Bar was a great spot to relax - friendly staff.

Location was superb for terminal 5
My only criticism is nowhere to charge your phone next to the bed. Other than that it had everything you needed.

Its proximity to Terminal 5 was amazing. Car parking was also good.
We communicated before hand regarding an additional bed for my child. It was not ready in the room and when I called down no one answered the phones (tried reception, concierge and housekeeping). Dinner there was ok but our drinks order was missing a drink and took ages for the food to arrive and again it wasn’t correct. We wanted a quick meal before heading out very early in the morning and so got to the restaurant at 5:40pm we didn’t leave until past 8pm mostly waiting with children, was disappointing.

Great location.
Room service food was expensive and terrible! Microwaved pizza at 7pm is unacceptable for a high end hotel.
