Extremely satisfying

The whole experience was amazing. Almost like “how the other half live”, being from a Council Estate. Me and my partner and children was made to feel welcome from the off set. Would highly recommend everyone to stay here. Respect for the hospitality!!

Brilliant thanks so much.

Great friendly staff. Lunch, evening meals, bar and breakfast all super. Great pool to use in the spa.

Thinking of the environment ( Great to be able to get water and fresh milk) but, would rather have had China mugs for coffee as we did for tea not paper.

Brilliant

Everything was exceptional. The staff were amazing and the hotel was lovely and clean.

There was a wedding at the hoptel so it was a little noisey and crowded.

Overall a great stay with friendly and attentive staff

Breakfast was great

The only down side was the evening buffet - it was sparse and lacked imagination. A staff member should have been on hand to help with the vegi burger as not everyone got one!! The food was cramped in a small area which meant long queues

Lovely room.

Really dirty especially in the dining room. Place mats covered in bacteria. Disgusting. We used the function room and the water jugs were covered in finger prints again disgusting.

Very pleasant stay and very convenient for the purpose of our visit

We attended a wedding at the hotel. This meant that being able to stay in the hotel as well made this very convenient. It is close to a main road which made it easy to find.

Would stay again.

Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Could have spent all day in bed, but had to get back to normal life, however, In the period of time I was in bed I had the best sleep ever. Room was very clean, beautifully set up. Very specious and comfortable.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price

very enjoyable but brief

nice quiet room on 3rd floor considering location next to motorway! breakfast was very good facilities are good but didnt have time to use pool etc as it was just for an evening party

milk and water was not in fridge as it should have been to make tea etc yu have to walk up the corridor to get it in your pyjamas!

Very nice

Breakfast was really nice. We were really enjoying the spa to relax as this was our first weekend away without our children. Sadly we didn't cater for other visitors children that were very load in the pool

Great hotel and staff are well trained but I was disappointed on this occasion with one staff memebe

I am a regular visitor to this hotel as it is near a printers I work with. I have visited over 50 times. Love the hotel and the staff are generally excellent.

On this occasion, presumably because the hotel was busy the cost for a standard room was £200! I was charged extra for the spa too an additional £25, never have had to pay for this before, I asked for late check out which was very expensive and only gave me until 1pm - hardly late! Given I am very a regular visitor I was not left feeling valued in anyway by one member of the reception team, who I had not seen before. Perhaps she needs to be given some training to the level of the normal reception staff.

A wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable stay

The staff were amazing. From arrival to departure we couldn’t have been better looked after. We opted for a couples massage which was fantastic too.

Seasoning on a steak sent via room service when none had been requested…. but if this was the only negative… it really wasn’t much of an issue!
