It was OK, minus the possible bedbugs.

Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the parking not so expensive.

I'm pretty sure they had bedbugs, the amount of scratching done after the stay is not normal. I will have to see a doctor about this.

Water temp.

All is fine

Water at pools with regular water was too cold. If you can add +1° or +1.5° then pools will be more comfortable

Oli rentouttava retki. Ihana maisema, hieno metsäkävely...ihan mukavat aamiaiset.

Ihan suht hyvä. Vain hieman kaipasin Vegetaarisia nakkien yms. korvikkeita. Ruoka oK, mutta toivosiin nopeampaa liikkimusta hankilökunnalta. Kahvikuppej oli, muttei ISOJA mukeja teelle. Niiden ilmestyminen kesti todella kauan.

Tuintui siltä, että huoneessa oli jonkin määräinen sisäilmaongelma. Pidimme ikkunaa paljon auki. Kylpylä nimitys on ilmiesen laaja. kaksi uima-allasta, jossa - muistaakseni- KAKSI kekskivartaloa, yläselkää hierovaa "suihkua". Toisessa altaassa oleva putous ei ollut ollenkaan hierontaan käypänen. Saapumisiltana saunat olivat jossain remontissa, miesten ei päällä...ja naisten saunasta ei ymmärtänyt , MITä ei saanut heittä kiukaalle???

Disappointing

The surroundings are beautiful

The spa area is really disappointing. There is only one toilet, the water was unbearably cold and the installations overall are old and lack maintenance.

It was a great end to a two week visit to Finland!

We really enjoyed the spa. The food was excellent as well.

It is aging, and the rooms andhallways could use an upgrade.

Not clean, floors in restaurant were sticky and same crumbles were on carpet under the tables every day. Room cleaning was very bad for the first 4 nights and tjhen excellent for the other two.

Hotel in general is pretty nice. The room was comfy and the view through the window is breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious with a pretty wide choice. And it was great that there was possibility to swim outdoors in the sea after the sauna. Generally our stay was nice but a few improvements from hotel's side could have made it splendid! :)

What we didn't like was the fact that we needed to pay extra 10 EUR for parking. Paying pretty high price for our stay it would have been amazing to have this as a free of charge bonus. And also SPA area is pretty small & simple comparing to other SPA hotels in the area - just two pools + not very "active" jacuzzi. Also we were visiting hotel while the lady part of the dpa was under repair so there was also just one small sauna & few lockers in the changing room area.

Boiled eggs were so bad......not cooked to the time stated. Stairway was filthy and you should be issued with two towels. One for room and another for the spa as just having one doesn't dry in time.

Ruissalo island spa hotel experience nearTurku

Room had a view. Clean and functional but definitely not luxurious.

Spa was crowded and not very appealing Restaurant buffet was very disappointing - food over cooked. Breakfast buffet ok. Parking was outside and meant we walked dirt into our room.

Nothing special, works in case you’re looking for spa in forestry area.

Access to sea water great, spa area worked well with kids, hotel area nice.

Breakfast not special, room style was old fashioned and poor air condition/ not worked at all in summer time. Parking charge too much for the location. Outside playground poor.

Great area & staff, spa is cozy/smaller & room facilities little dated

Amazing staff, lovely location, vegan friendly, outside seating area by the water & facilities are good. Hydrobics videos to follow in the pool.

The air conditioning was a bit old & humming at times. The curtains that were about 70% blackout/dark enough. The room was hot in the summer months. These 3 are all average for the area & standard for most hotels in honesty but prevent me putting 100% rating. The spa was on the smaller side compared to many in Finland, but was fine for us.

Pleasant stay. Shame about breakfast.

Staff very pleasant. Spa facilities really good. Room nice.

Breakfast luke warm, scrambled eggs awful and pancakes too rubbery. A good selection of produce but not cooked well. Sausages were the best out of all cooked food.

Location and spa. Please remember “spa” definition in the hotel is = Hot tub and swimming pool. For facial/body message one shall book it separately.

We really enjoyed our stay, the food breakfast as well as dinner was absolutely delicious.

The breakfast was outstanding and staff very kind and accommodating. Fabulous walks just outside the hotel.

Perfect!

Almost everything perfect, beautiful location, great food, good service, great view, they gave me a room with bathtub as I asked them, perfect bed!! and you can use the pools and sauna after your check out, that was great!!

Maybe the only detail is that there wasn't conditioner or shampoo, that kind of facilites in the bathroom, just that

Superb

Comfy clean room, good breakfast, nice location.

No bathrobes as was supposed to. No swimming pool with suitable water temperature: too cold.

In need of updating

Breakfast was good with lots of options including gluten free. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing, beautiful surroundings.

Hotel was generally quite tired looking and in need of renovation. Some of it looked like it was from the 1970s. Spa area was disappointing, pools very cold and pool area was not heated so wasn't comfortable to sit by the pool. Childen screaming and splashing in the hot tub so far from relaxing. Do not order pizza from the restaurant, it tasted like a microwave deep dish baguette disguised with half a bottle of ailioi! For the price, I don't think it was worth it. If some money was spent to update this place it would be perfect, at the moment it isn't doing justice to its location.

Nice location by the sea. Delicious breakfast with lots of vegan goods! Small but nice spa. Outdoor activities nearby.
