Staff was very polite, always ready to help, they even came to our rooms to give chocolate.
- At arrival we had ammenities and wine ready for us.
- The buffet was amazing, always had very good choices. They also had many different restaurants we could eat at (with previous booking). There was also amazing food throughout the day, such as kebabs, hot dogs, hamburguers, even chicken or sardines!
- You even have night time activities (they were nothing very special, but the fact you have them is good enough), and, if you did not want these, literally besides the hotel was the main streets of Albufeira for you to go around and spend time.
The two main things that were not good were:
- Pools: They were decent size, however, for the amount of people, you would always feel like you could not even move on the pool. And, add salt to the wound, you would need to be at the pool at least at 08:30 AM to book your spot (before the pool even opens). And it was sad because people would put their towels in the racks and not show up for the whole day! Taking places were someone could be.
- The hotel looks: I know this might be nitpicking, but, some parts of the hotel were falling down and rusted, which does not give a good look to the hotel. The staff was always cleaning the floor, which was nice, but somethings did not look good.

People reserving sun beds early in morning and leaving for the day and the rule of no reserving sun beds not enforced at all.
