The pool area and the staff doing the activities at the pool were lovely. Unfortunately that was it.

Been coming here for years and always loved it hence the reason for the numerous returns every year to this resort. This year was completely different. Arrived at 10.00am and wasn’t able to gain access to our room until 17:00pm. And was further advised that check in is between 17:00 to midnight. Considering you are paying the full amount for the room from the day of arrival to not gain access to this room when the day is near over is ridiculous especially when you have young kids. We were put in a room with an open balcony, with a 3 year old which had seating area for access to anyone, and over looks a big drop which is so dangerous a small second for a child to climb on this and look over and fall and is a major health and safety hazard. When allocating rooms I would recommend taking this into consideration and placing customers with kids in the rooms where the balcony is not accessible to public and closed in with a gate, like the rooms we have previously stayed in. In the 5 day stay my bed sheets hadn’t been changed once, cleaners came once the whole stay and had to ring reception for new towels and when arriving apartment after a day at the pool at 5pm cleaners were only coming and brushed the floor and emptied the bins, no towels. As there was 5 people staying in the apartment one had to use the sofa bed, there was no pillows provided? Just the pillows on the double and single beds? We were put on floor 3 room 320, when using the lift to get to floor 1 it took you down to the reception of the beach hotel where staff were rude and told us we couldn’t use these lifts to access our room. Can’t understand why a lift which was beside our room took us to somewhere we weren’t able to access, if that’s the case the lift beside my room should take us to there and with having a child I had to use the lift for the pram. Made to feel very uncomfortable by staff at the front desk on two occasions.

On arrival, there was a bottle of Red Wine with 2 Wineglasses waiting for us on the Kitchen Table Top with a cute good wishes note. That made us feel welcome and happy. The lavish Breakfast and, Themed Dinners (Asian, Spanish, Italian, BBQ, Mexican, Portuguese, International) were Buffet-style and a hit with me and my hubby! It was like eating a five-course meal each time. There was so much delicious variety of food, we enjoyed it all and looked forward to Breakfast and Dinner. The Location is Great, right on Oura Beach, so the view from our room was lovely. But the Ocean waves in January were strong, I didn't dare swim in it. The Ocean Water was very COLD but refreshing against my feet while Sun was out!

The outdoor Gigantic Jacuzzi was not filled for most of our stay. When it was filled with water, it was icy COLD Water! I went in once and I Never got in again!!! The staff in general were average, not really friendly. But I want to Commend two staff who went above & beyond for us, Esther in the Dining and Wysall in Housekeeping. One Swimming Pool (On the Dining Room 4th Floor) was taken over by Seagulls and their poo throughout our stay. It was off-putting!! But there was a second pool. Air-conditioner didn't work for most of our stay until the last night! We reported to the Receptionist. Even after it was 'repaired,' the first time, it still didn't work. We had to report it again.

Habitación (detalles, como era cerca de san Valentín, nos dejaron una botella de vino con dos copas), comida excelente, buena atención de camareros, animadores muy simpáticos. En general nos encantó todo, volveremos!!

Lo único, los canales de la televisión. Debería haber aunque sea 1 en español.

El bufet bueno tanto en el desayuno como la cena hotel cerca de la playa el personal amable

ubicación a pie de playa. Personal amable. Cama y sofá muy cómodos. Cocina de la habitación muy cómoda. Almohadas super cómodas

nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación por que nos encontramos cucarachas y hormigas por el baño y el ropero de la habitación el cual nos lleno la ropa de hormigas. El cierre de las puertas son endebles y se abren con mucha facilidad sin llaves así que no dejar de valor dentro de la habitación. En el buffet misma comida prácticamente todos los días faltaría poner una televisión en la habitación
