Room was comfortable . Breakfast and dinner were very good, wide choose. Room was cleaned at the right times.
There weren’t tea or coffee equipment in the room. At dinner they offered all drinks for money. During the hot weather you want a cup of tea or coffee at room, but you have to pay for drinks. And after the 14 days stay we asked for late check out for 3 hours because of our plane was delayed , but they ignored our request and we had to sit at the hotel reception for a 3 hours, even though most of hotel’s room were empty.

I was delighted with my experience at the Grand Hotel Rogaska. There were so many delightful things to explore, so much beauty, and so many activities, all in a spa environment. We don't have such things in the United States, so it was very novel for me. I was especially touched by the front desk staff that picked me up from the train station and helped me with my return travel.
