Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They met our needs promptly. Bed was comfy and our city view was awesome!
The towels were dingy.
There were stains on our duvet.
It would have been nice to enjoy the pool when we arrived at 830p.

WIFI is awful, No hot water, shower head looks like 10 years old, cable looks awful, grainy image. No hangers in closet. complimentary coffee packets were replaced but not the Styrofoam cups
