NEVER AGAIN TO BE SO RIPPED OFF

Beds were comfortable. Shower was good.

Breakfast wasnt to temperature. Main meal the first night took in excess of 50 minutes to arrive. There was clearly cost cutting in the room because the kettle was budget. That speaks volumes The price was an absolute ripoff and I only went along with it because my wife wanted to stay there. We have stayed in $300 per night hotels that were better equipped and provided better and more efficient meals I did some research following my stay to find out that the hotel is owned by an Iwi Corporation, as I understand it most Iwi Corporations pay little or no tax. That is not only immoral, it is racist. I will be doing such research in the future so I can avoid such parasites.

Nice hotel in Hamilton

Fantastic hotel located on the river and well within walking distance of several dining options. The room was incredibly comfortable as well. The hotel offers valet parking for an extra fee, which may be useful if you do not want to deal with street parking.

It’s okay.

Location

For the price, I expected a little bit more of the room. The TV is not really a newer model, I can’t connect my iphone to it or access Netflix. I tried ringing fronroom service (i was going to order something to eat) but nobody was answering, i tried like 3 times.

a nice hotel in a great location.

The breakfast options were plentiful, staff were very friendly and easy to check in. the location was great, easy to walk to the city and surrounding restaurants.

you weren’t able to book car parking yet all free carparks had been reserved with cones. there was nowhere to sit for breakfast as all tables were dirty. I found someone’s personal items had been left in my room from a guest.

A convenient and clean central stay in the heart of Hamilton

Perfect for business trips or short stays. The Room-Service menu was desirable and had the basics and more if you felt like it. The hotel itself is very much centrally located and as such all you need is accessible from the hotel.

The beds were a bit firm for my liking, but this is merely personal opinion. others whom I travelled with were happy with the beds and had no complaints! As it was the lead up to Christmas, the venue was not fully staffed at all times however this didn't necessarily cause any hinders

Great place to stay in Hamilton, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location.

Room was great, very handy to have laundry facilities, comfortable room, plenty of space. Access to sky sports was great! Friendly helpful staff.

Capability of one of the bar staff. I asked for a chai latte and was asked whether I wanted spicy or sweet, having asked for spicy it came out as a dirty chai (ie it was made with coffee and chai). We asked for another after explaining the definition of this and another chai latte came out with cinnnamon on the top, no coffee, but the drink was very cold, not just a little off, very cold. Clearly this staff member had not been trained. There did seem to be a more senior staff member there who didn’t supervise, they were not busy. Bar staff on another day were 100% great and knew what they doing.
