Beach location was great! Large area with bar was great with happy hour cocktails. Very clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

Lovely location, very quiet, super breakfast buffet and restaurants. Pool really clean and plenty of space. Gardens all looked after and staff so friendly.

The pool was great, warm enough to swim all day with a swim up bar and happy hour. Staff were extremely friendly.
My children’s bed sheets had a stain on them. Rooms were dated but clean.
The noise throughout the hotel at night was very loud with banging doors and people in corridors. One particular night people arrived at 2am. The noise of yelling and screaming continued throughout the whole night. They were in the pool and bouncing basketballs throughout the property. We felt that staff had no control over the situation and it could have been handled better with security that actually walked the property to ensure a peaceful environment at night for other guests.
