I was only there for one night, I didn’t get to use the facilities just dinner and breakfast. I’m sure it’s a great location and nice to be so close to the beach.
I feel that it’s quite rundown, stains on the carpet for a four star hotel. Only a single pillow on the bed. The towels felt quite old. Most of the tables in the restaurant were booked for groups so then it was hard to find a table which I thought was unfair.

Loved the location for the Porec 70.3 Ironman. Could not be better. Exceptional view from the balcony.
It’s quite run down. Needs a renovation. All the hallway carpets are stained with bleach. Broken mirror in the elevator. Dated decor.
Wellness area was not inviting. Very small and dark. Not really a 4 star.

It was a very small room, but I knew that when I booked, so no surprise. I just needed one overnight stay, and that completely satisfied my expectations.
The bathroom was well prepared for a disabled person, which is definitely something I support, but because of that, it was impossible to take a shower without making a large flood in the entire bathroom. I think it could be designed better to satisfy both needs. The restaurant for breakfast is huge, so it's very noisy and doesn't give you the best experience.

Good location. The stop of the little train going to Poreć old town is very close."
