Even though it's the oldest house in Seattle, everything--A/C, bathroom fixtures, kitchen, bed, carpeting, floors, etc.--is smartly contemporary and up-to-date. Lots and lots of thoughtful amenities (Reese's Peanut Butter Cups in the treat basket!). Space is actually bigger than the photos depict. We loved relaxing on the balcony...quiet and peaceful. Mardy and Kate were lovely and welcoming. Would absolutely stay again!!!

Awesome location to wake up to the voices of seagulls, stroll to Alki beach for a morning coffee or evening sunset. The bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed chilling out on the deck. There’s a generous supply of cold water bottles, breakfast items and snacks.
The stairs are a bit steep with heavy luggage, but very doable. Mardy was kind enough to carry up the bag.

Kate and Mardy are fabulous hosts. Property well located 1/2 block from water and fun water front street. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and tourists shops line the street. Property very clean, updated, well stocked, dry, comfortable temperature control, nothing out of place. Lighting plentiful. Kitchenette very functional for eating, not for cooking. Parking on street easy, but have a smaller vehicle.Would return in a heartbeat
