Business center Lounge: amazing service and they have amazing fascinating staff member called Ms. Ema—I really appreciate her help - the lounge also contains a lot of food, beverages, coffee, massage chair and desserts.
Concierge staff and reception staff is not 100% friendly in their body language- I feel I am just bothering them if I need to ask extra questions.

The check-out was very smooth. Short walk to the esplanade.
No place to sit or rest while waiting to check-in, and had to hunt for the concierge to leave our luggage to be sent up while waiting to check in. Some items need to be refurbished. Buffet breakfast almost the same every day.
