The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers

We had a really good overall experience at the hotel! It was our first time staying here, and we absolutely loved it. The Grand Pacific Room was spacious enough for four, and the bed was very comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We were a party of six and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms were assigned to two different towers. We completely understand that this may depend on availability, but it would have been even better if the rooms could have been located closer to each other for convenience. Since it was our first stay, we also learned a few tricks along the way! We discovered that there's a much faster and easier way to access Harbour City through The Cheesecake Factory entrance. You can also take the escalator down to the ground floor instead of waiting for the elevators, which can take quite some time. Definitely something worth knowing for first-time guests! The location is another big plus. It's within walking distance of Li-Ning store, Silvercord, Harbour City, Ocean Terminal and very convenient for shopping and getting around Tsim Sha Tsui. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay. We loved the hotel, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Hong Kong if we want to explore TST area more!

Check-in took a bit longer than expected, as the lobby was quite small for the number of guests arriving. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved.

The location is perfect, easy to reach the place I want to visit.

Price, construction of the structure, it’s a self service hotel. Might as well be a service apartment and the price is crazy for a corner Harbour view. Insane!
