For lobby Sales shelf sample for sales i want buy is so bad, lobby lady say go to 11/F show room and I go to 11/F say is for lobby sales .I up and down two time. I back to my Room waiting the answer .after 10min let me know, only the manager had the key, is so funny...... That is my experience .Can't buy it....

Housekeeping services were excellent, friendly staff and speedy service. Renovation in the lobby was a little put off during our stay.
Happy hour at Flamingo was amazing given a welcome drink at check-in.
Tea and cake set coupons was given but only tried once out of 9 days.
Highly recommend Chinese restaurant for dim sum time and dinner. Best of the entire TST.
