loved this hotel so much that I stayed an extra night. The pool really made the stay, my kids happily played there for hours. It’s a small pool but it never felt too crowded. The location is perfect, just a short bike ride into town or to explore other areas around the lake, with beautiful views all around.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with recommendations. We also joined the BBQ buffet one evening and it was some of the best food we had during our travels. I was also able to charge my Tesla easily at the front of the property, which was a big bonus.
The bathroom was a little dated, although perfectly clean and acceptable. The only real negatives were that I couldn’t get a good iced coffee or frappe, and the drinks service around the pool could sometimes be quite slow.

Lovely view over the lake from the room and very comfortable hotel with access lakeside and a pool
The parking is tight and a delivery lorry reversed into my vehicle in the early morning and drove off without notifying the staff, but he was caught on the hotel cctv. The pool is quite small and it was too warm and quite sweaty, could possibly do with more filtration over night. Lots of rules about where you could and could not go and no food available to anyone without a booking.

Lake view. Good location. Nice sweeping pool and good for kids.
There was no sink in the toilet on the first floor. So when you need to wash your hands you have to go upstairs. No toilet upstairs so need to go downstairs from the bedroom. So the room is not well designed.
