The location
The rooms look a lot better online than when you arrive. I asked to change rooms when I arrived
2nd room was ok, lady who checked us in was so kind and friendly outside it looks very impressive.
The pillows provided are like paper, didn’t get a good night sleep , the shower was broken sprays water all around her the ceiling.
