Staff were friendly and breakfast decent with a wide variety. The coffee machine made lukewarm coffee, the hot food (eg eggs, bacon, potatoes) were lukewarm. Juice machine was super cold and good taste. Brötchen were not fresh. Room was clean.
The Booking.com site rooms did not match with Amadeus Hotel rooms. We booked a Queen room (queen bed) and had a double bed. No Queen room at hotel. Bed was too short. Air-conditioner unit over door and sleeping area (bed) was around corner. It did not cool adequately whole room. Hallways and elevator areas no air circulation. Really stuffy. Hotel did not open hallway windows at night to let in fresh air. It was 30+ grad while at hotel. The room couch was too low and uncomfortable.

Breakfast
Pillows are long gone of their life and they were really bad.. AC keeps external noice, bar and restaurant was closed the whole time, next to big construction site.

The hotel is actually clean. Even the bathrooms, between the tiles, the sheets, etc.
The breakfast is AMAZING. Especially for hotel in Europe, the breakfast here is top notch. Mushrooms, eggs (boiled / oven cooked), veggies (cooked) + there is a small station to grill the veggies yourselves. Chicken wings, processed meats of all kinds (chicken/turkey also), cheeses, ginger shots, freshly pressed juices, corn flakes + oat meals, breads of all kinds. Fruits, jams, pancake machine, you name it.
There are also ACs. Yup in Germany, you can enjoy a room with an actual split AC.
I just wish it was closer to the center, but the location here is not bad. Nearby you can find great restaurants, a LIDL and an ALDI.
Rooms are a bit small.

The staff were responsive to our disappointment about the lack of a twin room.
Comprehensive breakfast with a wide range of mostly freshly cooked items.
Very convenient location for our needs.
Despite showing a twin bed option on the booking form, in reality the "twin beds" were two single beds permanently fixed together. This is not an alternative for people who have sleep problems. After a discussion with the staff two adjacent single rooms were provided.
Low numbered rooms face directly onto a service station and a very busy fast main road.
