I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable, and clean. The bed was probably the best I have ever slept in, and the bathroom was excellent
The location is also perfect. The tram station is directly opposite the hotel, with a direct connection to the city centre, making it extremely convenient to get around.
Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Great room, fantastic bed, excellent bathroom, perfect location, and very clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Value for money, really central, comfortable room and bed.
The staff at the buffet was really grumpy. Come on, you are dealing with people and having a smile and polite approach wouldn't hurt you!
Also, the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet was really bad.

The room was spacious and very clean, the towels nice and fluffy, staff was pleasant. The hotel is quite far out from Berlin city centre but there's a tram stop literally in front of the hotel and a metro stop 15 mins walk which is not too bad. Haven't had breakfast so can't comment on that, but had coffee from the hotel restaurant and that was nice. Our stay would have been perfect if it wasn't for the noise issue which I've explained below.
We asked for a quiet room and got charged more for a room with a garden view. Unfortunately the room we received did not have a garden view and wasn't quiet in the least. The room in fact was next to the hallway door which gets slammed every morning from 7-11AM and until 1AM at night with people coming back from nights out making it impossible to get any rest whatsoever. It was a real shame because otherwise the hotel had great potential.
