The location was excellent. We enjoyed the large garden area and the close proximity of the tram and bus stops. Everything about our stay was very good. The hotel staff were very professional and helpful. The hotel breakfast was also very good, and parking was adequate.
The hotel bar staff was kind but very slow, even when the bar was not too busy. It took over 25 minutes to get a beer from the bar even though I asked the barman 3 times. Otherwise the service was adequate and the food was very good.

We liked the size of the room, and the view from the window. Not far from a park to have a morning work which is quite special this days.
Since we travelled with a dog I was very impressed to find special door signs for when the dog stays alone in the room, as well as two dog bowls and a blanket!
We've been quoted two different prices for morning breakfast, The person who checked us in quoted a much higher price for this to be added, than when we paid for it with different staff member on the next morning, so this is a bit worrying.
