I stayed the hotel during the festival this year. Just like last time, even though it was a very busy period, the staff were really hardworking and were polite and friendly during the activities. Their service was excellent. As mentioned in other reviews, delicious breakfast is available everyday, and you can have brunch as well in the morning time. Regarding daily room cleaning they did a professional job exactly at the time I expected.
Dinner was also great, and on days with festival performances, we could have a relaxing time after the opera (reservation required).
The supermarket (REVE/Netto) is a 10 to 15-minute and the shopping center (Rotmain-Center) is also a 10-minute walk, so you can get most of what you need. The area with the old opera house - Markgräfliches Opernhaus and a high quality German restaurant is also within walking distance. From the small passage on the west side of the hotel, you can walk through green woods and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the Red Main River.
I definitely want to visit again on my next trip.

Nice hotel with friendly staff on the short walk from the town Centre.
Rooms were slightly dated, but don’t let this put you off.

Easy parking. You could park free of charge next to the hotel. Room was spacious. Staff were excellent. Checking in was easy. They already had key and instructions ready. Breakfast very enjoyable. We stayed on a Friday night out of season and the hotel was not that full so it was extremely pleasant
The rooms are nice and spacious. They are not the most modern and maybe not full of design furniture but are good value for money.
