Sehr auf Familien ausgerichtet. Es wurde lieb auf die kleinen Gäste eingegangen.
Kaum vegetarische Auswahl im Buffet. Zb gab es jeden Abend im Buffet eine Pizza, aber nie eine vegetarische, obwohl es sogar meinem Kind zugesichert wurde.
Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen

Der Aufenthalt im Familienresort war sehr schön, aber...
Mit der Unterkunft, die wir bekommen haben, waren wir unglücklich. Das Gebäude war ziemlich alt und es war dort sehr hellhörig.
Aber am schlimmsten fand ich den Kontakt zu booking, weil sich bis heute niemand gemeldet hat obwohl ich booking mehrmals angeschrieben hatte.
Bin von booking. com ziemlich enttäuscht.
