Reasonable location, not far from few metro lines, reasonable big room. reasonable facilities

You actually have to walk for some time regardless what transportation you use, and this is not very convenient with luggage.

The biggest plus of this hotel is the wonderful manager, Mila, who greeted us, checked us in quickly, and answered all our questions. And when we were leaving early in the morning, she looked for us, answered all our taxi questions, and was super friendly. I think she's a great professional and should be given a bonus or a raise. She's really cool (and I've been to a lot of hotels).
The quality of a hotel itself and how modern and comfortable it is can be judged by one thing: sanitary pads. If they are available, the hotel is truly good. If not... then the hotel needs to think about... well, this hotel needs to think about it.

I would like to especially thank Ivan, who works at the front desk. He was very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. He treated us with great respect and understanding, and most importantly, he really took our situation into consideration and did his best to help us. We truly appreciated his kindness, patience, and professionalism. Thanks to Ivan, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. Excellent service and a wonderful attitude

The hotel is quite well located, 5 min walk from Longde Road metro station which is 1 metro stop from metro line 2, the line where all the main attractions in Shanghai are located. The hotel is under renovation. Some rooms have mold, the furniture is old, the carpet and sofas are full of stains and dirt. There is a strong smell on corridors.
The breakfast is basic, mainly Chinese food, but they also serve scrambled eggs. A big plus is the staff, who although they don't speak English but use a translation device, are very kind and help you with anything.
10 minutes away from the hotel there is a small mall - IMAGO mall - where there is also a supermarket.
I think that in 2026 they will finish renovating the entire hotel, and then it will be worth staying at this hotel, but until then I wouldn't recommend more than one night at this hotel.
