In the bathroom shower bath tank drain stopper or closet almost not available
We couples always booking since 5 years but every time received only one towel both of our usage

Upon check in the reception was good the staff treated well I think Arabic staff so helpful so is professional and also housekeeping staff Kamran so helpful attending my request
The cleanness is poor fully of dust everywhere the sheets are not clean pillowcases dirty ,bathrooms not cleaned properly at all and the mattress not comfortable too old ,I stayed a year ago but the standard not good

room size not good, and they don't prepare the room the whole day, like until 4pm, noisy in the night
