Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Direkt vom Hotel aus können Wanderungen gemacht werden.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ein Traum. Die Chef`s und das ganze Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Verköstigung von morgens bis Abends hervorragend.

Staff at the hotel was very professional and helpful. If it wasn't for them I'd change the hotel. We were very well looked after. Breakfast was very good too. Fresh pastries, cheese, cereals, eggs. Very good local produce. Incredible view from the room windows.
The room was outside of the main hotel. Chalet type of accommodation. If you want to go for breakfast or use the hotel facilities you need to walk through 2 flights of stairs outside and a courtyard. The room had no mini bar, no fridge, no kettle or anything of that sort, no regulation for heating or air conditioning, just one set temperature. There was a room service menu but no phone in the room to order the room service...
Dinners were disappointing as well. Many small courses but none of them with real depth or flavour. Most salads heavily smothered with mayo... The most disappointing was the time they stop serving dinner which is 8 pm. If you spend (like me) all day skiing, than you are back at the hotel arond 7 pm or later. So, you have to choose between dinner or spa which shuts about the same time.
Bit far from the main village to walk, had to drive everywhere or wait for the ski bus...
