This is a wonderful hotel. Julia, the host, is kind and welcoming. When I made a booking mistake previously, she kindly approved my cancellation without hassle, which is why I chose to stay here again.
The hotel is located on a ranch surrounded by vast grasslands with beautiful surroundings, and the breakfast is excellent.
One major highlight is that guests receive a two‑day national park summer card. You can ask the host to send you the digital version in advance. This card covers the toll for Grossglockner High‑Alpine Road, entry ticket and parking fee for Krimml Waterfalls, as well as tolls on another route we took later. Great value for money overall.

Perfect location to visit this area of Salzburg (summer and most likely also in winter!). Great breakfast buffet. Selection of cold cut could vary a little but this is a minor detail! The possibility to have also dinner on place which we tried and it was excellent! Friendly owners!!!
As for us (family of 4) everything was perfect there was nothing we did not like!

Śniadanie bardzo w porządku. Smaczne, optymalny wybór, możliwość zamawiania potraw z jajek z karty - smażone na świerzo. Nie mam zastrzeżeń. Narciarnia okay, buty zawsze suche.
Niestety nie ma windy, co w naszym wieku ma już znaczenie. Dużym minusem była nieczynna przez cały pobyt restauracja aby zjeść w obiekcie kolację. Niedogodnością prawie całego pobytu był smród z rozsypywanego obornika i rozlewanej gnojowicy na pobliskich łąkach.
