The staff is very helpful. You can reserve the pickup service from parking to hotel. They also offer to help carry your luggage to your room since there is no elevator and the stairs are quite narrow and steep.
The interior and furniture are a little bit old. However overall it is fine.

Nice location, easy to get to things in town, close to square, and music in evenings.

Bang in the town centre.
Room layout was good.
Good quality breakfast selection.
Shower was over sophisticated and very difficult to maintain constant temperature. It also leaked and the plumbing made load noises all night.
Big issue for me was there is no access to the hotel by private vehicle. You have to either park 10 minutes walk away and carry your luggage, or ring the hotel and they will send a minivan to collect you.
